Halloween is Here

It’s time for Hallowe’en,
A day for trick or treat,
When the children dress up in costume,
And walk with pride down the road.

They ring alot of door bells,
And collect alot of candy too,
And if they happen to envision a ghost,
They will be greated with a boo.

Pumpkins remove darkness from the windows,
And decorations adorn the curtilage,
So take care after you are available,
Because the skeleton are wary.

So go have alot of fun,
And don’t have any worry,
Because it’ll presently be over,
And you’ll got to wait until next year.

It’s Hallowe’en Poem

It’s Halloween! It’s Halloween!
The moon is full and bright
And we shall see what cannot be seen
On the other night.

Skeletons and ghosts and ghouls,
Grinning goblins fighting duels,
Werewolves rising from their tombs,
Witches on their magic brooms.

In masks and robes
we haunt the road
And play doors
for trick or treat.

Tonight we tend to area unit the king and queen,
For Ohio tonight it’s Halloween!

Happy Hallowe’en Poem

It’s late and that we area unit asleep,
The air is cold and still.
Our jack-o-lantern fungus grins at USA
Upon the window sill.
We’re filled with cake and candy
And we’ve had plenty of fun,
But currently it is time to travel to bed
And dream of all we’ve done.
We’ll dream of ghosts and goblins
And of witches that we have seen,
And we’ll dream of trick-or-treating
On this happy Hallowe’en.

She comes by night, in dreadful flight,
In clothes black as pitch,
the queen of doom upon her broom,
the wild and wicked witch,

a crackle witch with brittle bones
and dessicated limbs,
two evil eyes with warts and sties
and luggage regarding the edges,

a supporting nose, 10 twisted toes
and fold of shriveled skin,
cracked and broken and crackled lips
that frame a toothless grin.

She hurtles by, she sweeps the sky
and hurls a piercing screech.
As she swoops past, a spell is forged
on all her curses reach.

Take care to cover once the wild witch rides
to shriek her evil spell.
What she might do with a word or 2
is much too grim to inform.

Happy Halloween Witches Poem

Bubble, blubber, squirm and gloop,
Boiling broth of bat’s tail soup.
Wobble, slobber, liquid goo,
Add the only of 1 recent shoe.
Spooky shadows dance around,
Of frogs and rats and snarling hounds.
Steam swirls rising to the roof,
Add one little ear and one recent tooth.
Gnarly, scratchy, tickle and itch,
Stir spherical and spherical to create it made.
Mushy, sticky, sizzle and stew,
They’re creating mischief only for you

Is it a ghost I hear
Down the basement stairs,
Creaking, rapping,
Hooting everywhere?
It might be the washer
In would like of repair,
But is it extremely
A ghost down there?

Is it a ghost I see,
Crawling up my room wall?
Its body, with thin, bony fingers,
Must be over 10 feet tall!
It might be tree branches
Bending within the wind,
But you cannot fool Maine,
The ghost is back again!

Ghosts should fancy
A devious lark
Because they save their alarming disturbance
Until it’s dark;
Have they nothing higher to try and do
Than haunt my house?
It’s obtaining too scary
For man or mouse!

Madison Julius Cawein
A liliaceous plant in a very twilight place?
A moonflow’r within the lonely night?—
Strange great thing about a woman’s face
Of wildflow’r-white!

The rain that hangs a star’s inexperienced ray
Slim on a leaf-point’s restlessness,
Is not therefore glimmering inexperienced and grey
As was her dress.

I Drew her dark hair from her eyes,
And in their deeps beheld a moment
Such shadowy moonlight because the skies
Of Hell might smile.

She control her mouth up redly wan,
And burning cold,—I bent and kissed
Such rosy snow as some wild dawn
Makes of a mist.

God shall not take from Maine that hour,
When spherical my neck her white arms clung!
When ‘neath my lips, like some fierce flower,
Her white throat swung!

Or words she murmured whereas she leaned!
Witch-words, she holds Maine softly by,
— The spell that binds Maine to a fiend
Until I die.
